The hotel is ideally located having public ferry/ boat stop in front of the hotel Tre Archi.. Breakfast was normal and staffs were cooperative. Rooms are of standard size with comfortable beds

The room was just as we expected. At this time of the year when it is usually cold, it was warm and cosy. The bathroom was perfect. Breakfast was good enough, the lady that did the service at the breakfast was very nice.

The coziness and ancient style of the hotel create an inexpressible atmosphere, you are immersed in the depth of centuries. The location in the vicinity of the railway station is very convenient. You can also see nearby attractions, such as Bassano dėl Grappa, an incredibly beautiful town. This wonderful atmosphere of kindness is created by the people working there, their warmth makes the breakfast tastier, the clean linen more pleasant to sleep on and Venice sparkles with different colors. The main thing is to be grateful and then all the most beautiful things happen around us. Thank you to all the staff of Tre Archi for an unforgettable trip and the feeling of home. Rooms were very clean although not in very good condition, but still fresh clean towels, sheets & bedding. Everything in our room was working just fine (shower, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, etc..). Staff was kind and helpful, we could leave our luggage at the hotel before and after check in and check out. Breakfast was good, nothing special but good for 1-2 day stay. Buss stop is infront of hotel.

I think is the best choice to stay in venice. The perfect combination between antique authentic ambiance and modern renovated and spacious for venice standards. The rooms were nicely air conditioned on arrival, as the system is not related to the light activated cards. Nice Italian breakfast & friendly staff. The hotel is located 3 min walk from the tre archi Alilaguna's waterbus/traghetto station from the airport. Compared to other properties that are old and run down it's nice and renovated. All the rooms have private bathrooms (not for granted in venice). There is an hydraulic (bit slow) lift to reach higher floors (again above standard for Venice). Next to the property there are nice restaurants by the canal.

Great style, easy to access from the transportation. Bigger than it looked from outside. The room was adequate, the beds were comfy and the room was clean. Breakfast looked great when we dropped our bags on arrival (they offer luggage storage). Unfortunately we were only there a night and left too easy to enjoy it their food.

We stayed in the superior double room. The room was great with excellent location and easy access to the boat, just right in front of the hotel. The room and linen was very clean. Comfortable bed and clean room.

Breakfast was very good, and the garden was a really lovely surprise. We did prefer the main building to the new addition, but enjoyed staying in both. The location is amazing for transpirtation. The local area of Cannaregio is vibrant and fun.
